This was not just about a project, it was about helping restore the very backbone of Alberta and many crucial industries. So we set about this task, with both a philanthropist and entrepreneurial need to be successful in this development.
It goes beyond just building beautiful rentals for people that reside here and those returning to business and industry.
Part of this process was to create the foundation of a necessary and reliable developer “new” to Fort McMurray. In this process we created a full service property management company to assist in the rebuild and now the new members joining those that live here.
Our parent company has been in and around the regional municipality of Wood Buffalo for the past 13 years, so we know how important it is to find a place you can call home under very unusual circumstances. We are familiar with the needs of this proud city, the industry and the ongoing evolution of those operating here. Both personally and professionally.
This long-term tenure means that we do know that finding the right place can be difficult. That long hours, night shifts, blocks of relentless work in the fields can make it challenging to organize even a simple viewing.
