SPRING PROMO TIME!

It’s time for one of our seasonal promos and a nice way of saying thank you to the HSP community.

We recently had to start ALL new social media accounts. Go internet! But here is where it gets to be a little fun for our wonderful HSP community. Follow us on social media and refer your friends and family for money. It’s pretty simple!

Spring is ‘right around the corner’ and what better way to celebrate than putting money right into your hands. We know. That’s pretty great.

So how do you earn a few bucks you say?

Step one. Refer a family member, a friend, go so far as even referring that work colleague and have them move down the street.

Step two. Follow us on social media.

Get $200 and now suddenly everyone feels little more neighbourly.

We like to put up fun facts, community info and look for soon to come contests.

Terms and conditions apply: To qualify for each $200 Visa gift card, referred leasee agreements are subject to a 12-month lease term, security deposit provided at signing and lease agreement signed and received back no later than April 15, 2022 on any one of our available remaining townhomes. No limit to the number of allowable referred individuals you can provide, so long as they meet the requirements outlined above. You must also follow one or more of the HSP social media accounts to redeem for your referral prize.
